Short and Medium Term Accommodation
Short & Medium Term Accommodation
Whether it’s a change of scenery or a transitional bridge, our accommodation options feel like a boutique retreat.

Who it is for
A Complete Reset for You and Your Carers
Short Term Accommodation (STA), often called respite, gives you a supported stay away from home while your usual carers take a break. Medium Term Accommodation (MTA) is a supported place to stay while you wait for your long-term home to be ready. High-end comfort, full support, and a complete reset for both you and your carers.

Regular check-ins make sure your supports keep delivering, and change as your life does.
Funding
How It’s Funded
STA is generally funded from the Core Supports budget of your NDIS plan and covers your accommodation and support during the stay, usually up to 28 days a year. MTA is funded when you have a long-term home arranged but can’t move in yet, typically for up to 90 days. For children under 18 needing care away from home in NSW, see our SSRC page.
How long can a stay be?
It depends on your plan and the type of stay. STA stays are usually short breaks; MTA bridges the gap until your long-term home is ready.
Can I bring my own things?
Yes. We encourage you to bring familiar items so your stay feels like home.
Do you offer stays for children?
Stays of three or more nights for children under 18 in NSW are provided through our SSRC service.
