Who We Look For
Disability Support Workers
In-home, community and SIL support for adults with disability.
SSRC Carers
Trauma-informed care for children and young people in our SSRC homes.
Support Coordinators
Helping participants understand and get the most from their NDIS plans.
Requirements
What You’ll Need
Requirements vary by role. Most roles need:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (for SSRC and youth roles)
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Right to work in Australia
- A relevant qualification or experience, or a willingness to learn
