Funding
How It’s Funded
Support coordination is funded from the Capacity Building budget of your NDIS plan, when it is included. There are three levels: Support Connection, Coordination of Supports, and Specialist Support Coordination for more complex situations. If support coordination isn’t in your plan, you can ask about it at your next review.
Is support coordination in every plan?
No. It is included when the NDIA decides it is reasonable and necessary for you. We can help you ask for it at your plan review.
Can I change support coordinators?
Yes. You can choose who coordinates your supports, and we make the handover simple.
Do you work with plan-managed and self-managed participants?
We work with participants to coordinate supports across their plan, whatever the management type.
